PTC’s ServiceMax Announces General Availability of ServiceMax Core 23 R1

ServiceMax CorePTC's ServiceMax announced the first update of the new year. ServiceMax Core version 23 R1 is available and several enhancements and new capabilities are part of this launch, including:

  • Jeopardy Management – added to Service Board 23.0, which alerts dispatchers to jobs and appointments that might be at risk – and provides actionable intelligence to make the necessary adjustments.
  • Expanded Access to DataGuide – partners, contractors, and other community users with access to ServiceMax and Salesforce on the web now can use this intuitive, guided data collection program to better streamline field service tasks while accelerating issue resolution.
  • Improved Mobile Features – ServiceMax Go 6.0 has user experience enhancements that simplify how technicians close out work orders with multiple attachments in their summary emails. In addition, technicians can now view extended event windows for better schedule planning, and navigate their timesheets in offline mode.

These enhanced capabilities are available to new and existing customers as part of the ServiceMax solution portfolio.
