V. Parameswaran is an instrumentation & control systems professional with 41 years of experience in consultancy, manufacturing, and the oil & gas Industry. He possesses strong leadership, people development and interpersonal skills, influencing and delegating abilities, analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills; and continuously strives to achieve professional competencies. He leads implementation of state-of-the-art technologies and digitalization at Bapco, e.g., wireless devices, Foundation FieldBus, wireless tank gauging, predictive emission monitoring systems for stack emissions, metering skids, gas detection systems, Industry 4.0 (IIoT) transition, and Industrial Wireless Infrastructure Safety Enterprise (IWISE), etc. He is an active participant behind ISA Bahrain Chapter activities and presented technical papers in ISA and other conferences.
