Resiliency and Adaptability in the Era of Transformation
Resiliency turned out to be THE major theme for industrial companies in 2020. The fundamental question and challenge posed by the difficult, pandemic-ridden year is: How does a company prepare for and respond to disruptive challenge and then quickly organize for success?
Join DTC steering committee members in a panel discussion and open Q&A on the topic of resiliency, both what it meant in lessons learned in 2020 as well as why it is critical to forward-looking success in 2021 and beyond. Topics covered will include implementing an effective remote workforce and operations, collaborative data sharing, knowledge management, safety in the plant, and workflow design. We’ll also tackle the unique role Digital Transformation technologies played in helping navigate the pandemic. Panelists will include:
