Jinggong Group and Yokogawa have entered into a strategic partnership to explore new business opportunities and expand market reach through collaboration in manufacturing optimization, energy management, and other key areas.

Jinggong Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“Jinggong Group”), a Chinese industrial conglomerate, and Yokogawa Electric Corporation (“Yokogawa”), a leader in industrial control and automation, have signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at exploring opportunities for new business development and market expansion. The collaboration will focus on manufacturing optimization, energy management, and other related fields.

As part of the partnership, the two companies will evaluate ways to optimize operations at Jinggong Group’s chemical recycling and high-performance fiber plants by introducing AI-driven autonomous control and other advanced automation solutions from Yokogawa. The agreement also covers the development of energy management systems for electrical power and other energy supply networks. In the long term, the companies plan to expand the deployment of these co-developed manufacturing technologies to markets outside China.

In a specific initiative under this partnership, Jinggong Technology—a subsidiary of Jinggong Group—and Yokogawa have signed a cooperation agreement for the joint development of an intelligent control system. This system will incorporate AI and other technologies to enhance control in high-performance fiber production lines. The project represents a significant step forward in their collaboration in smart manufacturing and digital intelligence.
