SLB and Rockwell Automation have completed the previously announced dissolution of their Sensia joint venture, with business units redistributed between the two companies.
SLB and Rockwell Automation confirmed the completion of the dissolution of Sensia, marking the transition of its businesses into their respective portfolios.

With the dissolution finalized, each company has assumed Sensia’s products, services, and teams that are aligned with its strategic focus. Customers and partners have been notified, and both organizations have executed coordinated transition plans to help ensure a smooth handover of ongoing projects and continuity of operations.
SLB has assumed ownership of the Lift Control, Measurement, Digital Solutions, and Edge Application businesses, while Rockwell Automation has taken full ownership of the Process Automation and vMonitor products business. This redistribution reflects a targeted realignment of capabilities across both organizations.
With full ownership of these business segments, SLB is advancing its portfolio in lift control, measurement, and digital solutions, with an emphasis on operational insights and performance improvements for energy sector customers. These capabilities, supported by digital and measurement technologies, are intended to help support efficiency, reliability, and productivity across operations.
