Jan brings more than 20 years of experience across discrete and process manufacturing, as well as supply chain. His background includes roles as both a consultant and analyst, with a focus on digital transformation, smart manufacturing, maintenance strategies, engineering, and quality management.
Jan began his career as a project manager and later Head of Plant Quality Management at German automotive production sites. He then spent 11 years at Big Four firms EY and Deloitte. At EY Czech Republic, he led the Supply Chain and Operations team with a global presence, delivering advisory services across digital strategy, asset management, enterprise IT benchmarking, enterprise strategy development, and performance improvement.
He previously led the IDC Manufacturing Insights EMEA team, focusing on smart manufacturing, digital supply chains, future of operations, and industrial AI. Most recently, he served as Head of Automotive and Manufacturing Insights at Trask, an IT services provider.
