Prior to joining ARC, Ura worked for Yokogawa and its subsidiary company. He spent his first decade developing DCS HMI software and establishing workstation-based development and network infrastructure. Later, he led product strategy and global market expansion for hybrid control systems, followed by 15 years directing automation marketing and the control business unit’s global strategy and go-to-market execution. Since 2020, Ura was Managing Director at Omega Simulation Co., Ltd., leading company growth and innovation in industrial training and control system simulation.
