At ARC's European Industry Forum 2016, Maurice Jilderda, Project Director for Predictive Analytics at Campione, will present how asset analytics to improve plant performance. The Smart Industry project, Fieldlab Campione, unites 30 partners and the first results have been achieved in a subproject of Sitech.
The goal for Sitech is to be a world class maintenance organization in line with the asset management iso55000 framework. Within this structure the strategic asset management plan (SAMP) is used for the process of risk ranking, performance measurement and benchmarking. This results in added value multiyear plans for approx. 25 plant units on the Chemelot site.
One of the general strategic topics within the SAMP is the implementation of 'predictive analytics'. The ambition is to build an asset health center to monitor the performance of all the critical assets on site.
A critical success factor is 'closing the loop', which means optimal alignment between people, processes and systems and at the end creating a result driven and continuous improvement culture.
