Investor Participation

Honeywell announced an approximately $600 million equity capital raise for Quantinuum, developer of the world’s highest-performing quantum computer, at a pre-money equity valuation of $10 billion.

Quanta Computer, NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm), and QED Investors joined existing shareholders JPMorganChase, Mitsui, Amgen, Cambridge Quantum Holdings, Serendipity Capital, and Honeywell—all of whom reinvested in this round. New investors MESH and Korea Investment Partners also participated.

Advancing Quantum at Scale

The capital raise will support Quantinuum’s advancement of quantum computing at scale, including the upcoming launch of Helios, its next-generation quantum system expected this year. It will also aid Quantinuum’s progress toward becoming the first to achieve universal fault-tolerant computing.

Full-Stack Quantum Capabilities

As a full-stack quantum computing provider, Quantinuum offers commercially available quantum computers recognized for performance leadership, along with widely used developer tools and applications such as InQuanto. Its solutions are enabling breakthrough scientific discoveries, economic growth, and sustainable development.

Strategic Collaborations

Quantinuum is building momentum with global recognition and strategic collaborations. It will work with NVIDIA as a founding collaborator at the NVIDIA Accelerated Quantum Research Center and has announced partnerships with RIKEN, SoftBank Corp., Infineon, and the STFC Hartree Center. The company is also expanding operations in New Mexico, Qatar, and Singapore.

Global Expansion

These collaborations provide substantial funding, accelerate research and product development, scale manufacturing, secure supply chains, and strengthen the quantum technology ecosystem. For example, in Qatar, Quantinuum’s joint venture will deliver advanced quantum infrastructure as part of a $1 billion national investment. In Singapore, Quantinuum is enabling access to its quantum systems to explore use cases in areas such as computational biology.
