IBM has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cognitus, a provider of SAP S/4HANA services with industry-specific, AI-enabled solutions. Cognitus brings extensive SAP skills, including in RISE and GROW with SAP, along with a portfolio of proprietary software assets. The acquisition aligns with IBM’s asset-based approach to digital transformation, aimed at improving productivity and operational efficiency for clients worldwide.
