Session Overview
The "Human-Centric Manufacturing Session" at the ARC Annual Forum, to be held at 4pm on Tuesday, February 11, delves into the critical role that humans play in powering transformation. The session will include real-world applications of human-centric manufacturing culture to illuminate aspects of a framework that can be used in your own organization, leveraging learnings from a recent research study of human-centric manufacturing in life science manufacturing led by IAAE, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Digital Manufacturing Ireland. Leaders in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries will share their insights on building a workforce capable of leveraging digital manufacturing technologies to meet industry needs today and into the future—even in a complex, regulated manufacturing environment. This session will cover organizational capability and building best practices, as well as the leadership and cultural values needed to support them.
