Rockwell Automation has launched its FactoryTalk DataMosaix App Builder, a more streamlined, low/no code development tool that works seamlessly with its FactoryTalk DataMosaix Private Cloud, a DataOps solution designed to support various business needs. FactoryTalk DataMosaix helps businesses to manage their applications and data, if required, on cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or through on-premise datacenters.
With the App Builder, users can more efficiently create new dashboards using pre-defined visualization tools in a drag-and-drop interface, allowing them to render content on desktops or mobile devices. The tool also enables data selection from FactoryTalk DataMosaix Private Cloud.
This new solution helps to simplify the creation of static reports that can be auto generated and distributed to teams. Users can schedule reports, export them as PDFs, and set up email distribution lists to share insights with stakeholders automatically. It also allows for quicker charting of data without needing to alter existing dashboards or visualizations.
FactoryTalk DataMosaix aligns with the principles of Industrial DataOps, focusing on breaking down data silos to help enhance data accessibility across organizations.
