ARC Advisory Group conducted an online survey in Q4 2024, with 591 global respondents. Participants were end users with influence or decision-making authority, and/or knowledge of their organization’s adoption of smart manufacturing, digital transformation, Industrial AI, and sustainability or energy transition initiatives and technologies.
End users identified the top three initiatives driving investment in their organizations for 2025 as follows:
Growth: Expanding into new markets, segments, or geographies.
Innovation: Creating new products and services.
Energy Transition and Sustainability.
