Siemens Healthineers has announced strategic partnerships with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd (HCG), and Narayana Health (NH). These partnerships are big steps in making India an innovation center for Siemens Healthineers globally. The company continues to build on its committed investment of INR 1,300 crores Siemens Healthineers(€160 million) to establish a new campus housing research and development, manufacturing, and sales, and an innovation center.

India is a strategic market for Siemens Healthineers, and it plays an important role in global innovation and technology expansion to achieve the future of healthcare. The partnerships will build on the company’s focus towards fighting the most threatening diseases, enabling efficient operations, and expanding access to patient care. Through these collaborations, Siemens Healthineers  strives to make  healthcare even more efficient, sustainable, and humane for everyone across the country.

The collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), India‘s premier institute for advanced scientific and technological research and education, aims to drive research and co-creation of technologies that improve imaging, and address access to care.

The partnership with HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd. (HCG), India’s largest provider of cancer care, aims to make cancer care more personalized through the application of diagnostic imaging technologies and artificial intelligence. 

Narayana Health is a leading hospital network that aims to create an affordable, globally benchmarked quality-driven healthcare services model. The partnership with Siemens Healthineers will focus on advancing cardiovascular care and digital transformation in healthcare by building on the capabilities from both organizations.
