Litmus, a provider of industrial DataOps solutions, has released a new update for Litmus Edge Manager with several feature additions and enhancements focused on providing customers a comprehensive edge management platform. Edge Manager is the core of the company’s Industrial DataOps Suite, and is designed to offer a multisite view of edge assets to serve OT and IT stakeholders. The single interface provides visibility, access, and control over edge devices, data, and applications, powering data-driven enterprise intelligence.
Version 2.22.1 has several critical new features:
Central Certificate Management: This feature enables users to oversee certificates, including those issued by DigiCert Device Trust Manager, for their Litmus Edge devices via a unified dashboard. Users can also leverage features like mass deployment, receive alerts for expiring certificates, benefit from automatic renewals, and access logging and monitoring features.
Centralized AI/ML Model Management: AI/ML Models are increasingly important applications for intelligent edge computing. This update includes a new user interface which provides summary statistics to better understand AI/ML Model usage within Litmus Edge.
Central Licenses Management: The new License management interface gives a holistic view of key license usage. It also streamlines the process of monitoring and managing feature and core licenses expiration status for edge devices.
In addition to these new features, the version 2.22.1 update contains broad enhancements to error message handling, automatic URL updates for edge devices, cloud service integration and security, and user experience.
