Rockwell Automation has launched its FactoryTalk Analytics VisionAI, a new inspection solution powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, designed to help enhance quality control processes in manufacturing.

FactoryTalk Analytics VisionAI aims to help enhance product quality, further optimize production yield, and provide manufacturers with actionable insights from live production data. This no-code solution helps to empower plant operators and quality teams to train AI models and deploy them across production lines, minimizing the need for specialized expertise in machine vision technology.

It integrates with Rockwell Automation’s FactoryTalk Hub and other automation systems, providing a more scalable, efficient solution for improving quality and productivity.
