Nybsys, a communications solutions provider specializing in compact Private 5G and network security solutions, has adopted this framework for use in manufacturing, warehousing, campuses, retail, and other industries.

Wind River's eLxr Pro is a Debian-based enterprise Linux platform designed for edge-to-cloud deployments across sectors such as autonomous vehicles, aerospace, government, defense, energy, finance, healthcare, industrial automation, smart cities, and telecommunications. It provides long-term commercial support and services for the open source eLxr project, helping organizations with high-performance edge and enterprise demands meet strict operational and performance requirements.

Nybsys Private 5G Express (P5GE) is a Plug-and-Play Private 5G Network in a Box—a compact, secure, and power-optimized solution designed for rapid and seamless private cellular deployments. With a boot time of five minutes, P5GE is designed to provide instant connectivity for mission-critical operations. It runs on Wind River eLxr Pro enterprise Linux and leverages Advantech’s Intel-based SKY and FWA edge servers to optimize power, cooling, and compute resources while ensuring efficiency at the edge.
