ARC Advisory Group’s 23rd India Forum titled Winning in the Industrial AI Era and held on July 10-11, 2025, convened more than 300 prominent industry leaders, innovators, and technology suppliers. The Forum emphasized the transformative role of artificial intelligence in advancing smart manufacturing, accelerating digital transformation within the sector, and driving the evolution of Industry 4.0.

Over two days, approximately 40 executive speakers and panelists from diverse industries contributed valuable insights and shared their strategies for winning in the Industrial AI era. The event commenced with an “eco-friendly watering of plants” ceremony by the seven sponsors, followed by a welcome address and agenda overview delivered by G. Ganapathiraman, Vice President and General Manager, ARC Advisory Group, India. Keynote presentations further established the framework for discussions and sessions conducted across both days. After the inaugural and keynote addresses on Day 1, the sessions were held in 2 parallel tracks. The last session on Day 2 was exclusively on Open Process Automation (OPA), which presents an alternative to the traditional automation pyramid. Interactive panel discussions after each session allowed for deeper engagement, helping participants understand how to align AI with business goals while navigating ethical and operational complexities.
