New AI-powered assistant guides users through product change and quality processes with real-time, context-aware expertise.

PTC announced the release of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistant for its Arena® product lifecycle management (PLM) and quality management system (QMS). Arena AI Assistant delivers real-time, context-aware content rooted in best practices for PLM and QMS workflows in a conversational interface, helping users to navigate engineering change orders, manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), maintain traceability, and help to ensure compliance. Embedded directly into the Arena user interface, the AI Assistant is powered by a comprehensive library of Arena Help materials and other resources, allowing users to access guidance without searching through documentation or contacting support.

This release reflects the broader trend of embedding AI expertise into enterprise applications to help streamline onboarding and improve the consistency of complex processes. By providing contextual support at each step, organizations can help to reduce time to value and improve productivity for both new and experienced users.
