Helping to Advance industrial intelligence through digital twins, simulation, and AI infrastructure at scale.

AVEVA is collaborating with NVIDIA to integrate its engineering and operations software into the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint, helping to enable the development of lifecycle digital twin architectures for large-scale AI Factories.

AVEVA has integrated its engineering and operations software into the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint, where both companies are developing physical and digital modules for deployment in large-scale data centers referred to as AI Factories. The approach reflects methodologies commonly used in engineering, procurement, and construction projects.

The collaboration draws on AVEVA’s portfolio, including the CONNECT industrial intelligence platform and industrial digital twin capabilities. It is intended to help accelerate time-to-token for AI Factories through domain-specific simulations, digital visualization, and collaborative design tools, helping to support improved GPU efficiency and faster deployment at scale.

AVEVA’s work aligns with its strategic partners Schneider Electric and ETAP, extending collaboration across the design, simulation, build, operation, and optimization of the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint for AI Factories. This approach builds on AVEVA’s established methodologies across industrial sectors and applies them to emerging AI infrastructure requirements.

AVEVA is incorporating its solutions into the Omniverse DSX Blueprint to help support digital twin capabilities across the AI Factory lifecycle:

  • Customers can bring OpenUSD SimReady assets into AVEVA Unified Engineering through a converter, enabling reuse of existing assets and development of new designs using high-fidelity data and environments built on NVIDIA Omniverse libraries.

  • AVEVA Asset Information Management provides a single source of truth to manage equipment and systems, helping to ensure alignment from design through operations.

  • AVEVA Process Simulation enables modeling and simulation of advanced liquid-cooling networks to help refine designs and improve cooling efficiency.

  • AVEVA’s PI System aggregates IT and OT data across NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Exchange, with planned extension to include the NVIDIA NV-Tesseract model for anomaly detection and forecasting, helping to enable real-time interpretation of telemetry across building, power, cooling, and workload systems at scale.

  • AVEVA Operations Control and Unified Operations Center integrate electrical, mechanical, and safety systems into a unified platform using a templated situational awareness approach, helping to support root cause analysis, alert monitoring, and identification of performance degradation trends.

This collaboration reflects a broader shift toward applying industrial engineering methodologies to AI infrastructure, where digital twin technologies, simulation, and integrated IT-OT data environments are becoming central to managing complexity at scale. AVEVA’s integration of its engineering and operations software into the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint highlights how physical and digital modules, supported by domain-specific simulations and collaborative design tools, can help to improve GPU efficiency and accelerate deployment of AI Factories at scale.
