Honeywell has announced the new brand identities for its automation and aerospace businesses, which are expected to become independent publicly traded companies following the spin-off of Honeywell Aerospace.
Honeywell announced the new brand identities for its automation and aerospace businesses: Honeywell Technologies and Honeywell Aerospace. The two businesses are expected to become independent, publicly traded companies on June 29, 2026, when Honeywell spins off its Aerospace business.
Honeywell Technologies will be the name of the automation business and will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker “HON.” Honeywell Aerospace will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker “HONA.”

Two Separate Businesses
Honeywell Technologies will focus on the industrial transition from automation to autonomy. The company’s portfolio will include mission-critical, outcome-based technologies, solutions, and software intended to support productivity and growth across industrial markets.
Honeywell Aerospace will become a publicly traded, pure-play aerospace supplier. The company will focus on aerospace technologies and systems, including areas such as electrification and autonomous flight.
Honeywell said both new brands will draw on its history while reflecting each company’s focused strategy and long-term growth plans. Honeywell’s current brand value is estimated at $18 billion based on the Interbrand Brand Valuation methodology, which evaluates financial performance, the role of the brand, and brand strength. Honeywell Aerospace will retain certain rights to use the legacy Honeywell name for up to 75 years.
“As lifecycle value, service responsiveness, and software-driven differentiation become key battlegrounds in industrial automation, organizational focus becomes a critical lever. Honeywell’s restructuring has the potential to improve accountability and speed of execution—benefits that customers may experience through more responsive support models, clearer upgrade pathways, and more consistent global delivery,” said Mark D. Sen Gupta, Research Director at ARC Advisory Group.
Honeywell Technologies Brand Identity
Honeywell Technologies’ new brand identity retains Honeywell red as its anchor while adding a broader color palette and a modern “HT” monogram. Its visual system is built around the concept of “intersections,” reflecting the connection between the company’s expertise and technology.
The brand is intended to support Honeywell Technologies’ focus on industrial automation, autonomy, controls, intelligence, safety, and operational efficiency.
Honeywell Aerospace Brand Identity
The Honeywell Aerospace brand includes a new logo based on a stylized “H” and “A,” with negative space suggesting the horizon. Its primary color is sunrise orange, supported by silver accents intended to reflect aircraft materials.
The branding gives Honeywell Aerospace a distinct identity while maintaining a link to the Honeywell name and its history in aerospace technology.
Investor Day Schedule
Honeywell said more details on the new companies will be shared during their respective investor days, which will include presentations, technology demonstrations, and Q&A sessions with management teams.
Honeywell Aerospace will host its investor day in Phoenix, Arizona, on June 3, 2026. Honeywell Technologies will host its investor day in New York City on June 11, 2026.
The two investor days are expected to provide additional details on each company’s strategy, management priorities, and operating focus ahead of the planned separation.
