At the 2020 ARC Industry Forum in Orlando, Florida, Andrew Bellcock, Digitalization Engineer at Niagara Bottling, gave a presentation on the importance of IT/OT/ET convergence at the company's 41 high-speed/high-volume bottling plants in the US, Mexico, the UK, and Australia. According to Mr. Bellcock, this convergence is critical to helping the company "find creative solutions to new problems." Some of the technologies discussed include private clouds, industry-standard OT networks, vision systems, VR/AR/Mixed Reality, machine learning, wearables, smart sensors, and 3D modeling.
