WIN-911, a global provider of alerm notification software, announced its newest software release, version 3.16.20, which provides a remote alarm notification direct-connect to Schneider Electric's Wonderware InTouch alarm database. With this new release, subscriptions are now available to filter InTouch alarms based on tag names, groups, and/or priorities. For example, with alarms grouped in InTouch, the user can create subscriptions that filter in alarms based on their group association and then assign those alarms to their respective Strategies and Tactics.   Also, with the new release, when adding new alarms to InTouch that match the user's existing subscription/filter criteria, WIN-911 will automatically receive the alarm, helping to simplify system setup and ongoing maintenance.

Version 3.16.20 also allows users to monitor several local and remote InTouch applications from one WIN-911 system that can be installed in a single server. WIN-911 communicates with remote InTouch applications using an existing local area network, and WIN-911 has built in reconnection logic to cover connection interruptions.
