GE Digital and Silver Lake announced an agreement for GE Digital to sell a majority stake in ServiceMax, a major provider of cloud-based software productivity tools for field service technicians, to Silver Lake, a global private equity firm focused on technology investing.

Boeing and SparkCognition announced plans to launch SkyGrid, a new company that will enable the future of urban aerial mobility.  Based in Austin, Texas, SkyGrid will develop a software platform to ensure the safe, secure integration of autonomous cargo and passenger air vehicles in the global airspace.
