Jabil Inc., a global provider of engineering and manufacturing solutions, announced on January 5, 2026, that it has completed the acquisition of Hanley Energy Group, a specialist in data center energy management and critical power solutions. The deal, valued at approximately $725 million, with an additional contingent consideration of up to $58 million, was finalized on January 2, 2026.

As hyperscalers accelerate AI adoption, data center power management is becoming increasingly critical. Jabil’s move strengthens its ability to deliver rack-level infrastructure solutions, supporting energy-efficient and resilient power systems for next-generation AI workloads.
